General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jedbaz platform and all of its services. jedbaz ("we", "our", or "platform") provides a safe and reliable online betting and casino experience for players in Bangladesh.

In these Terms, "user", "player" or "you" refers to any person registered on or using the jedbaz platform. These Terms are governed in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall take precedence.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all of the following:

• Participation in any game or betting activity

Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on the jedbaz platform you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. If these requirements are not met, creating or using an account will not be permitted.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You may only hold one account — the same person may not create multiple accounts.

• The account must be solely for your own personal use — operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Granting a third party access to your account or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

Account Verification

jedbaz makes identity verification mandatory for every account to ensure a safe and transparent service. This process is part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) policy.

3.1 Required Documents

One or more of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method
• Additional documents to verify date of birth

3.2 Impact of Verification

jedbaz reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process until verification is complete. Providing false or fraudulent information will result in the immediate closure of the account and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

jedbaz supports fast and secure transactions through all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and may result in account closure.
• Upon a successful deposit, the balance is credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawing before any active bonus wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.3 Transaction Verification

jedbaz reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant transaction may be suspended or cancelled and the authorities may be notified.

Bonuses and Promotions

jedbaz offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible to receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each player may claim each promotion only once.
• The bonus and any associated winnings may not be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirement is met.
• Additional bet limits may apply when playing with a bonus balance.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• When a bonus expires it will be cancelled automatically.
• jedbaz reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

jedbaz has a five-tier VIP program for loyal players: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits increase with each higher tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.3% at Silver, up to 0.5% at Gold, up to 0.6% at Platinum and up to 0.8% at Diamond. Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on jedbaz are conducted on fair and transparent principles. Players must comply with the rules of all games.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

• The specific rules of each game are available in the relevant game interface.
• If a game is not completed due to a technical fault, jedbaz reserves the right to refund the bet.
• For game records and results, the jedbaz server log shall be considered final.
• If a dispute arises over any game result, please contact the support team.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits are displayed clearly in the game interface. Additional bet limits may apply when playing with a bonus balance.

6.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports, if a match is cancelled or postponed the bet will be settled in accordance with jedbaz's set policy. The same rules apply to all tournaments including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the integrity and security of the jedbaz platform:

• Creating multiple accounts in the same person's name
• Using multiple accounts in a coordinated strategy to gain bonus benefits (bonus abuse)
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Attempting to manipulate game results
• Using automated software, bots or algorithms
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors
• Harassing or insulting other players
• Providing false or misleading information
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 jedbaz's Rights

jedbaz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in these Terms
• Providing false information during the verification process
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Evidence of participation in prohibited activities
• Legal or regulatory reasons

8.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request to close your own account at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed, however any active bonus balance will be cancelled.
